Gin cocktail inspirations

REALIA Gin on the Rocks
- 5 cl REALIA Gin
- Ice cubes (large cubes)
Preparation
Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes. Pour 5cl of REALIA Gin directly into the glass. Let it stand for a few seconds to chill. Sip slowly to savor the aromatic notes of the gin.

Sunflower con REALIA Flo'
- 3 cl REALIA Flo' Gin
- 3 cl elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
- 3 cl Triple Sec
- 3 cl fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash of absinthe (optional)
- 1 fresh egg white (optional for a creamy texture)
- ice cubes
- Lemon zest for decoration
Preparation
Chill a cocktail glass. Add a little absinthe to the glass and swirl to disperse it. Add the REALIA Flo' Gin, elderflower syrup, triple sec, lemon juice, and egg whites to the shaker. Shake dry (without ice) for about 10 seconds to break up the egg whites. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass. Garnish with lemon zest and gently squeeze the zest over the drink to release the essential oils.

REALIA Mule
- 5 cl REALIA Dry Gin
- 12 cl ginger beer
- 2 cl fresh lime juice
- ice cubes
- Lime leaves for garnishing
- Lime wedge for decoration (optional)
Preparation
Chill a copper mug or tumbler with plenty of ice. Pour the REALIA Gin and lime juice into the glass. Add plenty of ice and top with the ginger beer. Stir gently with a bar spoon to blend the flavors. Garnish with lemon verbena leaves and, if desired, a lime wedge.

REALIA Orange Blossom
- 3 cl REALIA Dry Gin
- 3 cl fresh orange juice
- 3 cl sweet vermouth
- ice cubes
Preparation
Squeeze half an orange and strain the juice.
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add the gin, orange juice and sweet vermouth to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass.
Decorate with an orange slice if desired.
